Deposit Cancellation Policy
To maximise availability and reduce no-shows, our practice operates a strict deposit and cancellation policy.
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or change to appointment times. In the event you fail to give notice within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you give notice that you would like to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking, your deposit will be returned via the original payment method. It will typically take 24-48 hours to return your deposit.
Deposits
We also ask for a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill.
We require a £50 deposit when booking an appointment.
You will need to pay your deposit in order to secure your appointment. If your deposit is not paid 24 hours before your appointment time, your booking will be cancelled.
